Our Commitments to You
Transparency in billing, refunds, and data protection is non-negotiable for us.
Refund & Dispute Policy
Software (SaaS): Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, no partial refunds for the remaining subscription period.
Physical Products: Returns and refunds accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions (Groomer Pilot): You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees or penalties.
Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
To cancel, contact us at wyonotllc@gmail.com or manage your subscription directly through your account settings.
Privacy Policy
WYONOT LLC collects only the personal data necessary to deliver our services (name, email, billing information). We never sell your personal data to third parties.
All payment data is processed by Stripe using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
